The website said the order would be processed in 2 business days but it has been over 4 weeks now and no progress is being made. I have Emails from the customer service asking me to contact them but Ive never received a response back.

I was this customer for 5 years and never had a problem with my account. Then I noticed that my account was being used to pay off people who had left me the money they begged for. It just got too much for me and I told them so. They letters started coming in and it seemed like they were trying to tell me something. But then I thought about it and I didnt think that was necessary.I stopped communicating with them because I didnt want their province or even their country to stop giving me what Ive said is mine.I have now been on this account for over six years and not one issue has come up. If someone helps you when you need help or if you have a question or idea for improvement they are always happy to listen.
