ManagementDont waste your money I had to switch providers because my old provider did not have the features I needed. This company was much easier to work with and gave me all the information I needed before making the switch. The only downside is that their rates are high but you can always save by using a MSP.

RecoveryDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST. I HATE THEM SO MUCH. THEY CHARGE EXTREMELY FOR LITTLE SERVICE AND THEN WHEN YOU NEED TO RESCUE DATA THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. I NOW HAVE TO CONTACT MY PC MAKER TO GET BACK MY DATA THAT WAS LEFT ON THEIR COMPANYS COMPUTER

TransferI just registered with the company and my experience has been really 1.5 hour long. Ive had to type in every single information I need written in a few different forums and even then it was more than my site could provide. The only good thing is Ive found a MSP that seems to be doing great work for them. But if youre looking for something that can take a longer amount of time then definitely look somewhere else.
