Agency adrena.io has bad reviews for a reason - for not understanding how the internet works. They were able to get good feedback from customers who have used their services before. However this time around they were trying to use the incorrect email address and received an automated notice about their phone number. This has prevented them fromineting how to operate their business as a whole. In spite of that they are still continuing to offer support for parties within their ecosystem who need help with something like Microsoft Office or Windows 10. However I would recommend against using agency adrena.io in the long run - it will be much harder to get better customer service than it was with the other services they had worked with before.
