"I Was This Companys Customer Service Representative"

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I realized right away that my experience was not good. The people at the counter were all attitude and language that I cant speak to. Not only did they unpack my computer but they brought me a new one anyway. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just did a computer service job here in Rockland County NY and it was a total disaster. The mouse died and the Valley Software company that provided the software was very user friendly but their customer service wasnt even close. I had an old hard drive replaced AC replacement baby monitor set up all that needed to be done before coming back out today. The only thing left is to get a repairman here in New York so I can take care of this until they come back tomorrow.
