I would not recommend this company to anyone. The self-service kiosk machines have been crashed multiple times and are always malfunctioning. I have also had to go through multiple customer service reps to get my issues addressed. Save your money and dont use this company

I just opened this company and they were easy to work with. I had a young computerized office door that they replaced and it was very easy to do. The service was quick and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good experience when buying a new computerized office door system.

Im very disappointed with the customer service I received. The customer service was not helpful or responsive. Ive had to many issues with this company in the past and its never going to be like it is now where you cant return a product because you dont understand how it works. Its just not worth my time or money.I am currently using this company to order a computer Panel Specially designed for Advanced Kiosks and they were very slow in getting back to me with a response. We have been using advancedkiosks.com for over 10 years and we have never had such terrible customer service before Do not bother whatsoever at least not anymore.
