First of all the customer service is unprofessional and response time for repairs is very slow. Secondly I encountered a lot of trouble with my computer because they could not get it to work properly despite numerous attempts. Finally I had to take my computer in for repair after it started crashing constantly.

I bought a computer not knowing what it was for. I had to find out more about it. I found out that I needed a computer for work and also to have access to my internet and lawyer records. So I called this company and they told me that I needed a computer with Advanced Micro Systems in it. I didnt believe them. But they were right- the computer was Advanced Micro Systems and it was actually a good one They fixed the laptop for me too so my only downside was that they didnt know what he was paying for it which was no big deal. The company is definitely worth checking out

I just bought a computer instead of using this company. I was very disappointed with the customer service. I called their office they were able to help me out for a price that was better than other sites. But when I brought my new computer in they said it was not working right and to send it back within a day or so it would be ruined. Do not buy from this company
