I would not recommend Advanced Mobile Group.com to anyone. I have had terrible experiences with them in the past and this is no different. The customer service is incredibly unhelpful and unyielding and their products are either useless or very expensive. I wouldnt even bother using their services now if I could help it.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a product and was told that my order had been cancelled because they were out of the product I wanted. When I asked why they said it was because they were out of stock of the product--which wasnt true at all They then told me that if I didnt want the product then I couldnt order it and there would be no refund. In addition their website is very misleading in that it says that your purchase includes an RFID tag which is not true--you only get a voice call tag with your purchase. Overall this company is definitely not up to par and do not recommend them to anyone

They do a great job when it comes to mobile computing but one thing they dont do very well is customer service. In fact the people who do work for them seem to only want to sell you things. If youre looking for a company that can help you get your life back on track then Advanced Mobile Group is the company for you.

I have never been so disappointed in an Advanced Mobile Group product. I had hoped to use my product for just a few months before it would have expired and need to be replaced. I was DELETED from all of my accounts within the first week I started using my product. Terrible customer service
