Hello Im writing to let you know that Ive had a negative experience with Aechotech.com. The company is under construction and theyre not taking any of my suggestions seriously. Ive had to contact them multiple times to get my questions answered and they always seem like they want me to leave their email unanswered. They also dont seem very responsive when it comes to customer service. Overall I would not recommend this company.

I have had a terrible experience with Aecho Technologies. The entire website is under construction and there are no customer service numbers or contact information available. I was told that my order wouldnt be processed because the company was under construction. This is not true at all - my order was processed perfectly when I contacted their customer service line and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Aechotech.com is a terrible business website. I have never been able to find my company number or even create an account. I have also had to contact them many times to get this information because they do not show any of the various updatesresponses they are supposed to provide. worst of all they are always willing to write a bad review that can be used to reason how someone would feel about their business activity. For example Aechotech.comaechotechzone.com both are pages which should not be there because Aechotech.com is a different company and Zendesk is not actually an entity I am aware of...This users site has been Blamed Aechotech.com
