with GSKCompany aegex.com does not meet my needs or expectations for customer service. There was a time when I would have given them an A but now I am only giving Bs because of the lack of improvement over time. The customer service has gone from being responsive and helpful to e-mailing me instructions with no response. And now there is even Ds coming to the table - which is unfortunately what we expect from companies that give us Cs. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
