I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to be very reputable and their implementation partner service is terrible. I had a lot of trouble getting my workflows implemented and the end result was that my business was actually worse off because of it.

I tried Aelum Consulting for my first ever project and it was a total debacle. The company does not understand what ServiceNow is and how to actually automate their workflows. I ended up having to do all the work myself and it was a lot of work for nothing. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs

I was extremely disappointed with the company aelumconsulting.com. I hired them to help me automate my workflows and they did not live up to their promises. Instead of providing a tool that would make my life easier they made it much harder. The software they provided did not work well at all and the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with Aelum consulting. First and foremost their service is terrible. They told me they could do something I knew couldnt be done and then charged me an arm and a leg for it. Secondly the work they did was absolutely not what they said they would do. Thirdly the quality of their work was very poor. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ServiceNow is absolutely terrible.There is no customer service or support available when you need to speak to someone about their account or the ServiceNow software.Ive even had to call them up in personAelumConsulting has become a place for companies that cant find any other way to get started with ServiceNow than how AelumConsulting are currently serving.
