Aerie Solutions is the worst company ever I have been a customer for years and never had such bad service. The first time I went to use their service they did not have my required document which wasApparently because they are running low on documents that day. After waiting an hour I called them back and spoke with a very unhelpful customer service representative. She told me that she could not help me because there was no record of my purchase and that she would be happy to refund my money if I could provide another form of identification. Needless to say this experience was extremely frustrating and left me feeling angry and frustrated with Aerie Solutions. Do not bother using this company

Aerie Solutions is a very low-quality company. They are not only providing poor service but also getting away with it. The customer is never taken seriously when working with them and even the customers who do are often promised time and time again that theyre doing something wrong. This company should be immediately pulled from the market and anyone else who wants to work with them should search for another company instead.

I have never seen such terrible customer service. I called yesterday all of a sudden and they were able to get me through to the customer support line. I woman on the phone was amazing and told me that my machine was back up and running but there was an error in their information. I was so excited for her to help me out but she didnt. She just said Were sorry we dont have any information about your machine. Then she told me that my machine had been replaced and it now 3 per hour. colonizationofcaffeineThe customer service here is terrible- Im not sure what they do but they are always unable to help you with your problem. There is no new information given about your device or situation and when I asked for the price of the replacement it cost 3 more than what was usualy charged. also if you need help signing up for a account or connecting to resources then this is the best place
