I had a terrible experience with Aerioconnect.com. The main thing that got me was the fact that there were no customer service numbers for their website or for any of their phone numbers. They also charged an absurd amount of money for services that didnt even exist. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Aerioconnect.com is a complete rip-off I ordered my TV and phone from them only to find out that the TV wasnt even delivered yet and the phone was only supposed to be delivered in a few days Aerioconnect.com charged me 149 for nothing - not to mention the fact that its going to take months for these things to arrive Do not go with this company - theyre simply fraudulent

I was a happy customer of Aerioconnect.com before but after recent changes its not good like previous customers had. You can no longer change phone plans add calls Calls to multiple accounts or CallerID. Its all been taken away from the website. Thank you for the earlier efforts but this time its not being removed until we get a new design and update the website.Aerioconnect has done everything they can to make sure that the customer is never with out a balance of service level agreement SLAs and Triple Play terms with their companies toll free number 858-Never-Ending-Loses Never ending loses at aerioconconnect.com . I have had the same telephone company for years now and it is pretty much all they work with. I have also had internet service brought to my house so that I could only access through their Wi-Fi only service which never worked well because it was always

I have had a bad experience with Aerioconnect.com. The first time this happened I used them to get a new phone and it was the only time I would not be able to use my old one. They were so good about taking care of me and making sure I was taken care of but this time I was very difficult and made them work for me. I even got them to change the phone number which was really helpful Overall they have done more for me than anything else in the world.
