I was extremely disappointed with Aerworldwide.com. I ordered an ITAD for my business and the process was incredibly slow and difficult. The end result was that I had to wait months for my order to arrive as well as pay extra for shipping. Additionally the electronic recycling aspect of the company is terrible. They do not properly recycle any of their materials which creates a lot of waste and damage to the environment.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any online company. Aerworldwide was actually one of the worst I have ever dealt with. The ITAD they provided me was absolutely terrible and it took forever to get my stuff back. The customer service is also terrible.

World Wide...Company Aerworldwide.com is overall a poor experience because they provide AER worldwide services in exchange for a low price. The services they provide include information asset disposition electronics recycling and also other services which are not worth the price you pay. I for one did not receive what I was expecting and also felt like I was being taken advantage of.

servicesI was this companys customer for about 4 years. They always provide what they said they would and when I need things I can go to their website and find out how to get there. They also offer a good selection of items you could ever want or need. However in the past month and a half they has stopped providing their services to me. I have sent them multiple emails and phone calls but they still do not answer my call. Please help
