Then they told me that I needed to pay for their service which I wasnt aware of at the time. Finally they charged me for something that I didnt even use Avoid this company if you can

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I was told that they would be here at 7am on a weekday morning and when I got there they were only here for an hour. Then when I asked them to do something very simple - changing my computer Password - they said it would take another day. In the end it took weeks for them to come back and do even the simplest of tasks

.I have had very little experience with Affant. I placed a order for an eventviewer and received a quick response but when I received the item 7 days later it was in the ground and not working. I contacted them and they were very responsive but the customer service was about as good as it could be. They sent someone back to get me a new one which was great but then again thats about it. The website is also terrible - every time I change a party location or order something the website updated easily but once I clicked on a product file to get information about a purchase the product wasnt there anymore. United StatesThe customer service is terrible and they keep spending money on things they dont need. There is no Decline of Disease because of it we just have this other economic system that makes us feel good. 4 out of 5 stars

.I was very disappointed with my last experience with Affant.com. The service was reliable but the customer service was bad. They were also quick to provide IT services that were not necessarily what I expected. However this time around there was no personalization of the service and it became increasingly difficult to get through to the live chat support. I gave up after about 4 attempts and left the conversation without a response. I do not recommend this company or their services.
