I have had a terrible experience with agentisenergy.com. First of all the website is extremely outdated and does not meet the standards that other energy companies should be using. Second of all the customer service is incredibly unprofessional and pushy. I was told by one representative that I would need to purchase a 1000 worth of equipment just to get started because they do not offer any discounts or incentives for new customers. And lastly the prices are ridiculously high. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I have never had such terrible experiences with company agents. I had to call customer service multiple times and it was always so difficult to get through. I finally got ahold of them and they said I need to send a message to the other customers because they are all having the same experience. I did as they said sent a message and after that everything started going well. Company agents will do anything in their power to make you feel unhappy or where you are not being productive.

The user above provided did not seem to be well-versed in the clean energy transformation process and seemed to be trying to sell ones self on a concept that was nothing more than a good idea but received no support beyond their own individualized oneself-centric perspective. It was almost as if the company were trying to take advantage of the general public by creating a platform where they could give away freePower tools and courses but also feel like they Were taking advantage of users who were already interested in this type of thing. In fact it felt like they were only looking out for their own interests instead of taking the time to listen to what potential customers had to say. Overall I would not recommend using company agentisenergy.com due to the believe that they are only looking after their own interests rather than those of the general public.
