Solutions Agilant Solutions is a terrible company. They are terrible at work and terrible at customer service. I have had the opportunity to do many different jobs and never felt this way about someones presence in my workplace. This person was perfect for Agilant Solutions. I would not recommend them to anyone and I would get rid of them if I could.

SolutionsI was this companys customer service representative for a while. Unfortunately I no longer think that theyre good at all. The people who are actually responsible for maintaining the site and providing customer service have decreased since Agilant Solutions lost its way is now remote support with little or no response to issues whatsoever. Try as I might I can never find the time to go back and do some of the things they used to allow me to do - such as calling them when something wont run on my computer asking how I can help out which usually leads to a long conversation about nothing etc. If it wasnt for their remote support option I wouldve just given up last night and gone through her without seeing what shed had done...
