.The company is terrible. I have used them for both software engineering and design solutions and each time they have failed miserably. My projects have been delayed multiple times because of their incompetence and Ive had to eventually use another company altogether because of it. Avoid this company at all costs

AgileEngine is a complete software engineering and design solutions company. They offer their clients the best possible tools services support and delivery methods. Unfortunately I had a negative experience with them. The first thing that I noticed was that they were very slow to respond to my emails. Their customer service was also terrible. After multiple messages and phone calls I finally got some help from someone at AgileEngine who said they would get back to me within 24 hours. However after three days of trying to reach out to them no one ever called me back or responded to my emails. In the end I decided not to use their services and will instead go through another company that specializes in this area of business.

Im not sure what this company does but I badger them every day for a quality product. I have now used their software for 2 years and have never had such terrible results.Agile Engine is just a farce. Its hard to find a single use case that works with their system. When I asked the team how they went about trying to solve my problem they said we dont know.The end result is that Agile Engine makes using their software very difficult if not impossible.

I just bought a product from agilityengine.com and it was bad. I ordered a software development tool called Auromere and it took forever to come back in the store. I contacted the customer service and they said they would refund my money but then again they never did. This is why I dont recommend this business.
