I just opened this site and it is. I have been a member for about 4 years now and have always loved the service but the new design makes it even more important to me. I have never had any problems with the site except when I was trying to book a course with somebody else and they changed the datetime zone etc. If there are ever any problems with my courses then I will be sure to let you all know so please dont hesitate to help me out.This company is terrible at customer service. They do not seem to care about their users which is sad because they offer a great service for nothing.
