I had a terrible experience with this company. The design they came up with for my automation system was terrible and it took forever to get it done. And then when it finally did the support was even worse. They never seemed to understand what I was trying to do or how the system worked. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Do not waste your time and money with this company. They are terrible at anything. I have used them for everything from designing my own automation to helping me keep up with the latest software changes and they have never done a good job. Save your money and go somewhere else

This company is a total mess. performed dozens of processes in minutes but had no knowledge of process automation or software. Our process wasis a high volume high-pressure process and they did everything they could to speed it up but it didnt work. found many issues with their software and with the employees who executed the processes they found were difficult to manage and made the process more difficult to take advantage of their features were implemented without proper understanding of what they were doing which caused problems.

Im not sure what this company does but I dont think its very good. The interface is terrible and the menus are draws. Theres too much to choose from and the app is easier to use without all the Challenger drag-and-drop required of others.I didnt like that I had to sign up for a free trial to try anything.
