I have never had such terrible customer service. I waited over an hour for a call back and when they finally called the person who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. The entire experience made me very unhappy and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am writing you this letter because I feel that there is a problem with company agilink.net. My name is Agustin and I am a 20-year-old student at the time of this letter. One day we were using the website to order things like tentsolves and flashcards from their platform and then something strange happened. We were not able to get any information out of the site about our order. We called them several times but they couldnt help us either. Finally we sent an email asking for help and got through to the customer service line but all they could tell us was that they had lost our order and that we needed to contact customer service again And finally when we did contact customer service they told us that they didnt have any information about our order other than the online history thing... We went into shock when we heard this because in our opinion everything on company agilink.net works perfectly well We are students after
