I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman on the phone was so rude and unhelpful. I asked her multiple times what she was doing and she just told me to go ahead and order my stuff from Amazon. I dont know how you can keep your business running when your customer service is this terrible.

However some of the things that Ahex Technologies has been known for in the past have been certain problems with them lately.One example of this is an incident where Ahex Technologies reported lost warranty information to the manufacturer. Another example is a problem with their software which they were only able to fix after huge costs. This company has had no luck when it comes to customer satisfaction or getting government contracts. All in all Ahex Technologies seems to be struggling try new things and making sure everything is up to par.

I had it turned into a home-theater The computer has done the trick and saved our business from goinexhaordinaryly out of tune with the times.The company ahex.co is a terrible investment and I recommend that any one considering such a purchase do so at anothers hand.
