This company is a complete scam. The dealership automation they offer is nothing more than a vast marketing campaign that does not work at all. There is no way to actually automate your dealership business and in fact most of the things they claim to do actually just make it harder for you to run your dealership successfully. Save your money and stick with better options like Trade Me or Dealernomics.

Ive been using AIB for the past year and a half. I have never had any issue with my vehicle being driven or being cared for as it should be. The customer service is top notch. They offer a great customer service policy that allows you to interact with your car even if its on the ground. I highly recommend AIB to anyone looking for an amazing driving experience as well as customer service that cant be beat.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with company aibtexas.com for the past year and a half. We have made great progress in sales and quality of products. However I am going to be honest and say that they are not at the level I was hoping for. The customer service is horrible. Every time I have to call them up about a product they dont answer the phone They also never give you a response when you ask for one. I really appreciate their feedback though so thank you for that.
