I have never had such terrible customer service I called them and asked for my order to be cancelled because I didnt receive it and they said that wouldnt be possible. And then when I tried to get ahold of someone who could help me with the issue they told me that they dont work during holiday hours. What an awful experience

I used Aims Infosoft for my personal business and I was extremely disappointed with the services they provided. The first order I placed was not delivered as promised and then when I contacted them they refused to do anything about it. Additionally their customer service is absolutely terrible.

I am sorry to say that I was a user of company goals infosoft for many years. While I will always enjoy using their tools and content there have been certain issues and problems with the business that I believe have now taken up space in my account and those of others who have also found them. I started using company goals infosoft as they were offering a 5 discount on everything they sold. After being given a list of restrictions - including that you couldnt sell anything until you had achieved something - I realized how much potential this business could offer if it was successful. Unfortunately it has been not successful at all. myself included have made mistakes along the way which have cost me points with some companies but no less our goal is to help people achieve their goals.company goals infosoft does provide an opportunity for people to make mistakes but we aim to always provide the wrong thing for people to do. We believe in helping people achieve
