AirDesk Legal has a terrible user experience. The first time I tried to use the website it was very difficult to sign up for an account and even more difficult to get help from customer service. Their explanations of how the system works were confusing and didnt make much sense. After signing up I couldnt seem to find my account or any information about how to use the service. My only hope is that this will change once my trial period is over.
