I have tried this company a few times now and the last time was about two weeks ago. The first time I made an order it took forever to get my order and then when it did the part that I ordered was different than what I had in my cart. The second time I placed an order for a product that wasnt even in stock and then when I asked about it they said that it would be delivered within 24 hours but never happened. Finally this morning my order showed up with a notice that my credit card had been charged for the wrong product and then the link to cancel my order was on top of the page. Do not bother using this company- they are terrible at getting your orders done right

I was really disappointed with airsis.com. I filed a complaint with the FTC because they were not doing anything to help me fix my websites 404 error. I did not receive any response from their customer service department either. In fact I received a message that my complaint would be responded to in due time. It has now been more than two weeks and no response from anyone at airsis.com This company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

is a company that provides air pressureregulators and accessories for sailing vessels. I have had Airsis for about 4 years now and have never had such terrible service. The latest issue is my regulator 3 months out from delivery. I has been sent an order form but never received the product. I called and asked to have the order re-titled I was told they would do what they could but it would be 10 days before they could get it back to me. They keep saying there is a delay of some sort. This continues until they say We know how you feel we are also experiencing this right now. In other words We are being served up as examples of bad customer service all around the internet. Do not use this company
