The customer service they gave me was terrible. They were up because they said the product was gone but they couldnt do anything about theoul erage. They were up until about 3 in the morning and didnt do anything else. So if youre looking for a good managment IT service then look elsewhere.

The my internet was completely gone and they tried to fix it multiple times without any success. They also did not get my no. which I needed to so they became the victim of a data theft as well. I would not recommend this company or their services to anyone.
