AITCinc is the worst company ever. I have never had so many problems with a company in my life. They always say they are sorry and that they will do better but its just not true. The first time I called them there was no one on the phone for hours and when I finally got through they said that my order couldnt be processed because they were out of the latest model of their computer software. Then the next time I tried to order something online there was a 50 charge added to my credit card even though my order didnt even come close to what I ordered And then there was this other problem where my modem kept going out after months of being used They make it seem like everything is just a big mistake - but its not This company is a total scam

I am writing this letter to company aitcinc.com to tell you that I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had an issue with their products or service. However I must say that they have not always been the best at what they do. I had an issue with their website and they were able to get it fixed quickly. However their customer service is not up to par and they overall are not as good as they used to be. Overall I would give them low marks and suggest that you contact me and let me know what can be done to improve my experience.
