I was very unhappy with the company ajackus.com. The best remote service I have ever used was through them and I am absolutely furious with how they handled my situation. They did not even send me a tranferral request for a digital solution until after the fact which made it very difficult to work with them. Additionally the digital technology services they offer are garbage. Worst experience ever

Ajackus.com is not worth your time or money. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are in the business of providing remote digital solutions and they do not have a single good thing to say about themselves. The only thing good that I could say about them is that they offer a free trial but it does not last very long because you quickly realize how unprofessional and scam-like their company is.

I have had the pleasure of using company ajackus.com for my digital solutions needs for the past year and a half. They are one of the most out-of-the-box technology solutions Ive ever come across. The remote is perfect for my work from anywhere in the world feeling like Im in the present without any detailism or single click requirements. The only downside is that they keep getting better and better at their product but still some times they seem to make too much sense at once. But overall its worth your time and money

.comI have had the good and the bad experiences with Ajackus.com. The good experience usually is when I can use the product and find it helpful. However there have been times when I have found myself in to much trouble because of a computer error that was caused by Ajackus.The worst experience has happened here repeatedly. First when I needed to change a parameter on a computer system that was running an older software version Ajackus.com did not have the latest release available at this time. Theyfuncinto an intermediary service that would have released me from this problem but they were also price-sensitive. So I had to pay up and go see their CEO inside of their company building in order to get a best remote service that would let me use my computer while he was away on vacation.The Digital Technology Services part of the company name feels like it deceives people
