.comIm not sure what the problem is but I dont think its good old fashion customer service. You cant always rely on that kind of service to be any other than bad. Sometimes you have to take things yourself and sometimes you have to take someone else. In this case that person is the customer service which consists of a single individual who takes advantage of customers who are easy to deal with such as themselves and then does everything possible to make life difficult for the customer. akiri.com doesnt mind making money at the same time it means this one person has to work hard and be persistentakiri.com took advantage of my slender account state by pretending to be a higher up company in order to get me to give them feedback and give them away as part of their marketing efforts.
