Al Cloud Care, Review Specifics:
I just left al-CloudCare and am very disappointed. The website was easy to use but the service was poor. I had an issue with my account and it took a long time to get a response from them. They also told me that my account was 100 over budget but when I asked for their money back they refused and said there wasnt enough capacity in the business to process returns so they would never send one .They were really bad customer care
