The staff is nonexistent and their work is often impossible to complete due to the lack of resources they have. Additionally the prices are absurd and it takes weeks for anything to ship out. Overall this company is a total scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have had to deal with their lack of customer service their insistence on overpriced services and their general incompetence. Their staff augmentation service is absolutely terrible - it has taken me months just to get my project done because they were not up to par in terms of quality and professionalism. Overall I would not recommend Alabama Solutions to anyone.

I just opened this case and began to do my research on alabamasolutions.com. I found a lot of bad user reviews so many that it was making me worried. I have never seen such a lack of customer service in my life as here. The customer service here is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times because I wanted to try out their software development tool Alabama Solutions and they were very slow in getting back to me. Finally I got through to someone on the phone and they were very unhelpful and said nothing since there is a Redemption button on the bottom of the site. So if you are looking for a good software development tool or customer service alabamsolutions is not it.
