Alcaline Solutions is a up-coming digital agency Sri Lanka is303com not very happy with the service. The user has to wait for an hour for their order and when it does come they are informed that the order was wrong and they should have received the order sooner. They also experienced some problem with the delivery which was not caused by the company but by another customer who had to leave before the delivery was going to arrival.
