I was very excited to get started and then cashed in my first pay check - 40 - while I was here. I absolutely looooved Alchemy Software The software was easy to use and looked great. However I had a bad experience with it. It was very frustrating. The customer service couldnt do anything about it. Im really not sure what all happened because the software just didnt work right after that. But for the life of me they cant find any reason why Alchemy should not have worked properly after that.I love Alchemy Software It was a great experience for me. I just dont understand what happened at customer service level I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wantsadown with something like this
