We moved to a new data center just two weeks ago and we couldnt be happier with the Alchemy Data Centers LLC. The service was wonderful the data center is beautiful and the people who worked there were all so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great data center experience.

Do not use this company They are terrible at data center Colocation. The lady that runs the business is always trying to get you to do something different and its really frustrating because she never seems to understand what people want. I would not recommend them to anyone.

"I Have Had Two Negative Experiences With"

I have had two negative experiences with company alchemy.net. The first was a problem with my data center and the fact that I was told by the company that they would be willing to take over the data center if I didnt improve my situation. The second time was because of some of the customer serviceogless posts on the internet. I think its important to raise awareness about how important it is to take care of your customers and make sure that they are good people who want to do their best in business.

I just signed up for company alchemy.net and my first step was to fill in my contact information. I filled in my contact information and got a message that we need to create a new account because I have changed my mind about what I want. I click on the account creation button and a page comes up telling me that we need to create a new account with company alchemy.net. f5a8edc1 is the name of the user who created the account but f5a8edc2 is the name of the computer who did the damage. Thank you for your help

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. They were able to give me a C instead of a D. Why did they do this I dont know - maybe they are better at it than I am.If you are looking for data center services I would recommend steer clear of Alchemy Data Centers LLC.
