I have had the displeasure of working with A.Alexandertg.com in the past and would not recommend them to anyone The tech support people are terrible and seem never happy. They always say they cant do anything about it but when I try to contact customer service they just act like Im a bother and dont want to help. The devops team is also pretty unprofessional and doesnt seem interested in helping out even though theyre supposed to be the ones who know how to build software. Overall this company is a total nightmare and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

I have had negative experiences with this company. First they did not seem to be knowledgeable about the IT Support industry or even what it was. Second their customer service was terrible. Third their prices were incredibly high. Finally their job postings were often outdated or just not relevant to my interests - which made it difficult to find a job that I actually applied for because their website was so unhelpful and misleading.

I was worst customer service agent in history. I had to call tech support multiple times to get through to them. They were never happy with the result and always seemed to try and make it seem like I was trying too hard when I wasnt. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

I just got out of my contract with Aigars and changed my job to something different. I was born and raised here in Boston so I know all the lingo. The new job is a high-level overview of what you are doing if you are looking for a tech support job. Not a bad experience but I would not recommend it to anyone.

I just got out of my contract with Agedgys and am writing to let you know that I was a terrible employee. The last two years I have been working for him as a IT support jobber. I have given up on him multiple times but he would always call me back even when I was out of work. Now Im out of work again and need some tech help so I can finish off my computer. Can you please get me a job that doesnt require 20 hours per weekIm sorry to hear that Alexandertg.com is going through all this with Agedgys name on it. We truly hope that you will consider our claim and we would be grateful if you could consider our request for tech help with our computer needs.
