I am not sure if this company is legitimate or not. I have had a lot of problems with their software development services. First off they always seem to take forever to get back to me about anything. Second the quality of their products seems terrible. After a few projects I cancelled because of it. Overall avoid this company if you can.

Alfain.tech is a terrible user review management company. When I contacted them for help with an issue with my internet connection they did not respond for a week. They did not have the right support team available to help me out. I had to contact other websites to find someone who could help me out. I found this company to be terrible at every level--from the customer service to the technical support to the overall quality of their software development services. Every time I have sent a message through their system and received no response I have to contact the web developer who made my computer or one of their own memberships. It is very frustrating when you want your software developed and you get nothing in return even though you met all of their requirements and used all of their skills and resources.
