I have had to contact them multiple times to get my product replacement because they would not answer my emails or respond to my questions about the product. Save your money and go somewhere else

The customer service is terrible. I called today and had to wait for someone who said they were busy. Then they were open up again at 5am. I asked the help volunteer what could have been done and he said she doesnt know and that shes not entitled to knowledge since she hasnt received a hint of when her parts would be delivered. So now you say life is tight and you cant afford to miss a single step but you cant also be responsible with customers trust.
