I just returned from Upper Valley NH and VTAll Access Infotech. They provide poor customer service for both organizations. The service was very slow and the tech support was not anything I would recommend. I had to ask multiple people on the phone and they were not able to help me out. I even got bored of the customer service and decided to go elsewhere. This is the last time I will ever use this company.

All Access Technology is an unsecured network connection problem. We are working hard to fix this as soon as possible but we can not always be there to help you in person. Networking is key to our business and we would love for you to come talk with us at your earliest convenience. We apologize for the inconvenience all access infotech will work just like normal during this time. However when we arent connected or if were using our computer away from home then the internet becomes a major challenge. We hope you understand that coming back into service was not what we wanted
