DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS I PAID MY BILLS AND NEVER RECEIVED MY PAYMENT. I CONTACTED THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID THAT THEY WERE SENDING MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT BUT THEN WHEN I READ THE SHIPMENT STATUS I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN SIGN UP FOR MAILING OR PAPERWORK. SCAM

I have never had such a lousy experience with any company in my life. Allegiance Group is the worst. I waited forever for my bill and then it was late by the time I got it. The customer service is terrible as well- They dont seem to care about their customers at all. Overall avoid this company if you can

I have had a terrible experience with company allegiance-group.com. The customer service was terrible and they didnt seem to understand how the system works. The billing is really frustrating because I had to call them twice during the day and it would say my account was payed but when I clicked on thebill it said there was an error and in the bottom left corner there was a X. This happened to me also with another company that I used before. I really dont like using these companies for many reasons but the customer service is one of them.
