I am terrible at customer service and allengroup.com is worse. I have never been given a 30 day free trial and I cant find out why.Allengroup.com is a terrible customer service website. Ive had nothing but problems with them from the start. I have had two different businesses with allengroup.com and I never got any good customer service. This one is different. The person who did the business for me was a woman and she was always new to this game. She would come in every day and give a quick overview of what her business were doing how much they were spending each week and so on until I would start to feel like she was working against me. Then shed take over my website and make it look very professional while keeping contact records stats or whatever because thats what she does. It works best when you can see things from her perspective but once I started questioning her ability to keep things up-to-date he threatened to stopped paying us if we didnt get rid of her right then And there we go my site now looksPerfectly Addicted To Allengroup
