I was extremely dissatisfied with alloy.digital. The company does not seem to care about their customers or what they need in order to be successful. I did not receive my order until after the holidays and it was very late for me to use it which made the experience even worse. Additionally their digital strategy is terrible. Their website looks outdated and clunky and their design is also dated and unprofessional. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company They will not do anything for you. I had to go through a lot of trouble getting my software designed and they said it would take forever because the company was too busy with other projects. Turns out it took less than a day and the product is terrible.

alloy.digital is a company that makes custom software for the web and mobile apps. I was this companys first client in 2009 and have used their software for both of my businesses now. So I know all about it However I found their customer service to be poor on several levels. First they do not seem to care about their customers or theirs the business sense of it. Second the customer service was very slow in responding to my inquiries and when it did they seemed to not have any idea what to do with it. Finally the prices are really low but the services are negative because their clients always come away feeling disappointed with what theyve received. All in all I would not recommend this company to anyone.
