I just got another support person from All Star Technology. He was really good and offered to help me with my computer but he didnt do anything for my internet connection. Im feeling very disappointed right now because he didnt even seem to know how to use his tool or what it was that he was using.All Star Technology is a terrible company that doesnt do anything good.

I just burned a DVD of my familys home cinema and they were watching The perks of being a Wallflower. All Star Technology is a joke. I have had to call them because the video on my computer was completely gone and the movie wasnt playing. I had to wait for about 20 minutes before it would start playing again. Then I had to call All Star Technology back and they said the video was permanent and that there was no way I could get it fixed. So now I have to go through this all over again
