I used the machine for the first time last month and have to say that it was a positive experience. The phone number for All Things Media is a great help as is the website. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

They have given out the number of installations and reviews of their products over the years. It seems that many people who have tried this product do not like it. The people who have installed these things dont seem to be happy with them either. So Im not sure what the problem is. It doesnt seem like its been caused by the product themselves though.
