Im sorry to say that I have had a terrible experience with company Alpas.com.np. The staff is very unprofessional and they seem to be only in it for the money. They dont seem to care about their customers or what they are trying to do. They are extremely slow in getting anything done and their website is totally outdated and full of errors. I would not recommend this company at all

I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company. I ordered a laptop and it arrived broken in transit. I then received a bill for 549.99 plus shipping The customer service was nonexistent and unhelpful and the entire experience left me feeling very disappointed. Save your money and dont do business with this company.

Company Alpas Technology is a business Im not sure if its in the business of Alpas 1 product or not. We have been running a business for about 4 years currently and we have never had such terrible customer service. The staff are always nice but one time we had to change a birthdate on an account and the person who did the change was very nice but when we asked her to keep the new date she changed it to July 1st instead of 3 days ago and our account was completely changed I would not recommend this company to anyone.
