is a complete and total scam. Do not trust themI just discovered this company alpha-tech.us after being scammed by another similar company last year. I was really excited to try out their services because I thought they might be better than the other companies but boy was I wrong. The first thing that went wrong was that alpha-tech.us never sent me my invoices or anything else about my service plan they only said they would send them soon. They also told me there were no problems with my computer and that everything would work perfectly until I received an invoice from them - which never happened. And finally when I tried to contact them about all of this I found out that their phone number is disconnected and their website does not exist either... so its definitely not the real alpha-tech.us

I have had a terrible experience with alpha-tech.us. I have had a number of problems with my account and they never seemed to get addressed. The support was either not available or unable to find a solution. I eventually got it fixed through their customer service but it was such an inconvenience that I would not recommend this company to anyone.
