Alpha Net is a waste of time and money. I have been using this site for over two years now and has never had a problem. The domain name is current one-stop-shop when it comes to registering domains. However they are still more focused on doing things wrong. For example their system for finding websites to register has done great things for me but also caused me trouble in the past. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I just registered alpha.net.bd with bad credit at a local site. I created the account and our domain at the same time. Our domain is now out of control. The account was created without even being familiar with the service. Its been three days now and no response from the customer service team. I have tried different meausses but no results. I have also sent an e-mail to their customer service team multiple times but not received a response. I am very unhappy with this experience and would not recommend this company to others simply because of this issue.
