I was very disappointed with Alpharalph.com. I found the site to be very unprofessional and the customer service was incredibly poor. The website does not seem to be updated regularly and there were a number of errors on the site. Additionally I could not find any information about what Alpha Ralph technology consultants do or how to contact them. Overall I did not have a great experience with this company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had two negative experiences with them and will never use them again. First they offered me a job that I did not want and then when I told them they said it was because I had given them an honest review. Second the technician who came to my house to look at my computer gave me a terrible attitude and did not seem very interested in what he was doing.
