AlphaRidge, Review Specifics:
across the United States.I have never had such an unpleasant experience with alphabridge. Every day I go to company website there is something about being too early for our conversation and it keeps happening. Then I realized that every time I sign in to check my account there is a new message trying to come in from alphabridge. I just ended up quitting the service today after what felt like an hour of wait time for a chat..The customer service was terrible and I will never use this company again.

.I just opened up alpharidge.com and found a company that isitled to the AlphaRridge name. I was very excited to find this because of the management ofAlphaRridgeis not good at all The leadership never seems to be3 or4 so everything gets put on hold and always feels like a pain. The site itself is great except for one thing. They have been known to take forever to get your information off their site they dont show any appreciationregard for what youve done for them except maybe in some forum. Overall Im disappointed with how this company has performed and would not recommend it to anyone involved in IT within any capacity.
