I have never had such terrible service from a company. I called them to help with my computer and the tech said it was because there was a virus on my computer and he couldnt fix it. He also said that I would have to pay him for his time and he wouldnt do anything about the virus. Also when I told him that I didnt have any money he said well then youre going to have to call your bank and ask them for money which is absolutely outrageous. Do not go near alpinebiz.com

Company Alpinebiz.com is a terrible company. They are not in the business of providing IT consulting services and instead sell software that their customers have to use in order to get help with their computers. The software is very user-unsafe and does not work well at all. I would never recommend them to anyone.

However I just did not have high enough ratings to where I felt confident sharing this again specifically with alpinebiz.com as it is more likely that they will not be satisfied and need someone other than me to provide that service. I would only recommend this business to a friend in a heartbeat.
