is a complete scamI am a customer of AltaFlux and I absolutely did not experience what they promise. They are in the business of implementing SAP SuccessFactors which is an incredibly important piece of software for organizations. However they were COMPLETELY UNHAPPY with my installation process and quote me ludicrously high prices for something that was essentially just a standard install. Furthermore their support is terrible - Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with something that wasnt even my problem. Do not bother with this company - you will be much better off using another provider who actually understands SAP SuccessFactors.

I have never had such terrible service from an organization. I called to ask a question about my implementation of successFactors and was told that I needed to speak with someone higher up in the company. After spending over an hour on the phone I was finally given this information altaflux is not currently implementing successFactors. This isudicrous How can this be true when they are a part of the SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Partner program Furthermore their customer service is terrible. They will not answer any questions or help you with anything. Do not bother using them if you need help with your SAP implementation.

The first time I ever encountered this it was an attempt to do business with me by the person who created the website. I told them I didnt want to do business with them and they tried to table my case as part of their pitch to me. I got so sick of their bumbling attempts atpretend customer service that I decided not to watch their videos or read their blog anymore. If youre looking for a business opportunity online Altaflux is the one you dont want to try.

I have had great experiences working with SAP in the past but after using Altaflux I cant say that I was disappointed. They are constantly willing to try new things and are always willing to help out anyone who is willing to be helpful. The customer service is fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to others.
